Eligibility:

Educational Qualification: The candidate must have Graduation Degree in any discipline with at minimum 50% marks in the aggregate (pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates)

Age: Age of candidates should be between 20 and 28 years as on 07.11.2016. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 08/11/1988 and not later than 07/11/1996 (both days including) are only eligible to apply.  Age relaxation will be provided to the candidates belonging to Reservation categories as per Central Government rule.

Selection Procedure

The Selection of Candidates for RBI Assistant will through Written Exam (Preliminary Examination and Mains Examination) and Interview. Only shortlisted Candidates qualifying the Preliminary Examination will be called for the Mains Examination. Only certain number of candidates will be shortlisted for the Interview.

Examination Pattern

RBI Assistant Exam will be conducted in three stages :–

(A) Preliminary Examination: The Preliminary Examination of RBI Assistant 2016 will comprise of three papers – Reasoning, English Language, and Numerical Ability of 100 marks. Time duration of Preliminary Examination is 1 hour

(B) Mains Examination: the Mains Examination of RBI Assistant will comprise of 5 papers – Reasoning, English Language, Numerical Ability, General Awareness and Computer Knowledge of 200 marks. Time-duration of the Mains Examination is 2 hours.

Note: There will be the penalty for wrong answers.

(C) Interview
