CPATUP2017 APPLICATION FORM: Lucknow University Lucknow U. P.  has been released notification for Combined Pre Aus Test 2017 for admissions into BAMS, BUMS,  and BHMS medical courses. According to regulations under the Indian Aush Council CPIAUP 2017 will be conducted by the Lucknow University, for admission to BAMS/BHMS/BUMS Courses in Government and Private Aurvedic/ Homeopathic/ Unani Medical Colleges run in Uttar Pradesh State.

CPATUP2017 APPLICATION FORM

Application for CPAT 2017 will accept Online only. The CPAT – 2017 will be conducted on Sunday, the 04/10/2017. It is the responsibility of the Lucknow University to conduct of the entrance examination, declaration of result and providing Rank to the Admission. Candidates who want to Apply for the CPATUP 2017 test are Requested to visit Official Notification before Apply Online for Eligibility, Educational Qualification, Age Limit etc.

Starting to Filling Online Form: Tuesday, 12/09/2017 At 10:00 a.m.
Last Date to Apply Online: Monday, 25/09/2017 till 23:59.

Last Date to Fee Deposit: Monday, 25/09/2017 till 23:59 (Through Net banking)
CPTAUP 2017 Exam Date: Wednesday, 04/10/2017.

Declaration of Result: Thursday, 13/10/2017

Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum qualification for CPATUP 2017 is 10+2 EXAM Pass with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
• Candidates who are appearing for their qualifying examination, they can also apply for CPATUP 2017.
• Candidates apply for BUMS are required to pass in Urdu subject at 10^th level examination.

Age Limit:

Minimum age for Candidates of all Category is 17 years.

Note: Candidate pass upper age limit 25 years will also eligible for appearing in examination.

Application Fee: Application fee FOR UR/OBC Rs. 2000/- (INR) only

Application fee FOR SC/ST/PH Rs.1000/- (INR) only

Uploading of Photograph and Signature:

Photo: The Scanned image of the Photograph of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 10Kb to 100Kb.

Signature: The Scanned image of Signature of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 3Kb to 20Kb

Examination Pattern

             There are 180 questions from physics, chemistry, zoology and botany in the Entrance Test .All questions are objective type and medium of paper would English and other Indian languages. This paper is divided in to four parts and each part includes 45-45 questions from each physics, chemistry, zoology and botany. Total marks will be 720. Each question carries 4 marks. One fourth marks will cut for every wrong answer.
