NEET UG 2017 APPLICATION FORM: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) New Delhi has been released notification for NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG) NEET UG 2017 APPLICATION FORM for providing admissions into MBBS and BDS medical courses. According to regulations under the Indian Medical Council Act-1956 as amended in 2016 and the Dentists Act-1948 as amended in 2016, NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG) [NEET(UG)] will be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) New Delhi, for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses in India in Medical/Dental Colleges run with the approval of Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India except for the institutions established through an Act of Parliament e.g. AIIMS and JIPMER Pondicherry.
NEET UG 2017 APPLICATION FORM
Application for NEET UG 2017 will accept Online only. The NEET (UG)-2017 will be conducted on Sunday, the 07/05/2017. It is the responsibility of the CBSE is limited to the conduct of the entrance examination, declaration of result and providing All India Rank to the Directorate General Health Services, Government of India for the conduct of counseling for 15% All India Quota Seats and for supplying the result to state/other Counseling Authorities. Candidates who want to Apply for these posts are Requested to visit Official Notification before Apply Online for Eligibility, Educational Qualification, Age Limit etc.

Educational Qualification:
- Minimum qualification for CBSE NEET UG 2017 is 10+2 EXAM Pass with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
- Candidates who are appearing for their qualifying examination, they can also apply for NEET MBBS/ BDS EXAM 2017.

Age Limit:
- For Candidates of Unreserved Category (UR) born on or between 08.05.1992 and 01.01.2001
- For Candidates of SC/ST/OBC Category born on or between 08.05.1987 and 01.01.2001
- The upper age limit for NEET is 25 years as on the date of examination with relaxation of 5 years for candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST category.
- A maximum of 03 (Three) attempts are allowed for every candidate.

Application fee FOR SC/ST/PH Rs.750/- (INR) only
Uploading of Photograph and Signature:
Photo: The Scanned image of the Photograph of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 10 Kb to 100 Kb.
Signature: The Scanned image of Signature of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 3Kb to 20Kb
Note: All the Indian citizen candidates should possess AADHAAR card issued by UIDAI. At the time of filling application form of NEET (UG)–2017, the candidates will have to enter their AADHAAR number, name, date of birth & gender which will be validated with the UIDAI’s data.
Examination Pattern
There are 180 questions from physics, chemistry, zoology and botany in the Entrance Test .All questions are objective type and medium of paper would English and other Indian languages. This paper is divided in to four parts and each part includes 45-45 questions from each physics, chemistry, zoology and botany. One fourth marks will cut for every wrong answer.
SYLLABUS FOR CBSE NEET
This test followed class 11th and 12th syllabus of C.B.S.E/ NCERT of physics, chemistry, zoology and botany. So N.C.E.R.T. books are very use full for this examination.
NEET BIOLOGY SYLLABUS
Class XI (NCERT): Diversity in Living World, Structural Organization in Animals and Plants, Cell Structure and Function, Plant Physiology, Human physiology.
Class XII (NCERT): Reproduction, Genetics and Evolution, Biology and Human Welfare, Biotechnology and Its Applications, Ecology and Environment.
NEET PHYSIC SYLLABUS
Class XI (NCERT): Physical world and measurement, Laws of Motion, Motion of System of Particles and Rigid Body, Gravitation, Kinematics, Work, Energy and Power, Properties of Bulk Matter, Thermodynamics, Behavior of Perfect Gas and Kinetic Theory, Oscillations and Waves.
